Logistics Tracking

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address they submit. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or no one to sign for the package, any additional shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Package Receipt

Please check the packaging and contents of your package upon receipt. If you find any damage, missing items, or any abnormalities, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package so that we can assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
